Second inspection today....now on to sheetrock on Monday. We're stripping off the wallpaper on fireplace wall so that wall can match the others. Looks like sheetrock was primed pretty well as I got that first strip off in 5 minutes with just some hot water. Our contractor Robert set up a temporary switch so we can see how the 4 can lights in family room will look. Really brightens up even a room with no ceiling.
New attic access ladder installed in laundry room as well. Monday we'll have a ceiling and walls..woohoo!!! Hoping it doesn't any more and bop us on the head over the weekend. 
Insulation was packed well on outside kitchen sink wall.
